July 15th, 2016
July 15, 2016 – the TieiT App was officially launched to the public. And since then it has been quite the adventure.
Over the years we have been creating applications for our clients in different industries. It was a process of the client providing us with an overview of what they want; us providing our two (sometimes three) cents on how best to execute and away we go with designing and building the client’s vision. And immodestly speaking, we’re pretty good at it!
We excel at technology and we have built a team that understands the vision of our company to ensure that we do everything possible to see our client’s vision become a reality and exceed their expectations. We never strive to complete the task, we strive to exceed at it.
And although we expanded our skills, learned new technologies and had happy clients, as a company we wanted to take on a different type of challenge. We decided to create an application based on the demands of our clients and partners. Over the years, we had many clients ask us for our opinion on what type of CRM, Email Marketing or Automation application they should use. They were signed up for many individual applications, paying multiple subscriptions which became cumbersome for them so they stopped doing the follow-ups and managing their contacts and data properly.
Learning from the past…
Although we attempted this with our other application, the Pro Auto Manager, we didn’t do as well as we wanted to because we didn’t understand our target market. This is why before we started TieiT, we took a long hard look at our target market and that’s when we knew we were on to something. We understand entrepreneurs and small business because that’s us and those are our clients which is why we knew that we had to build this application.
Early on in our development phase, we did a reach out to our clients who at some point had asked us for our opinion on what type of sales & marketing automation application they should use. We wanted to know from them what they have tried and what they liked/disliked from the applications they have tried. This allowed us to ensure that we were implementing features that were in demand and that would truly help our users with their sales and aspects of their business management.
Adoption of Users
Since the launch of TieiT a year ago, we have continued to work closely with our users to improve the user interface and user experience to ensure that TieiT is meeting its goals of being powerful, intuitive and easy to use. And based on the feedback we have been receiving, it looks like we are definitely on the right path. To date, a majority of our TieiT users have switched over from Salesforce, HubSpot and InfusionSoft. When we first went to market, we knew we were up against some big competition but to see the feedback of users who were willing to switch applications to TieiT has been unbelievable.
Feature Enhancements
We knew that in order to stay competitive, we would have to continue to stay ahead of the competition by integrating the enhanced sales and marketing features as well as keeping up to date with the latest technologies.
